Who we are

Infraspace Interior is a unit of Oriel Inc., operating from Faridabad and Gurugram, Haryana. We design and manufacture interior solutions for residential and commercial spaces across the Delhi NCR region. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Infraspace Interior. References to “you” or “your” mean you, the user or customer.

What we offer

We provide three categories of services:

Free services

• Cost estimates via our online estimator
• Initial enquiry response and consultation
• Free site visit and measurement

Paid online services

• Design consultations (currently ₹1,999 for 45 minutes, ₹3,999 for 90 minutes — current prices on /consultation)
• Digital design packages (currently ₹4,999 to ₹24,999 — current prices on /packages)
• Prices may change. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

Physical interior projects

• Modular kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, full home interiors, office interiors, false ceilings
• Manufactured at our Faridabad factory and installed across Delhi NCR
• Quoted individually based on your specific project. A signed scope-of-work document forms the contract for these projects.

Your account and information

You don’t need an account to use our website. When you submit a form or make a purchase, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and current
• You are authorized to share any contact details you provide
• You are 18 or older

Online payments

Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. By initiating a payment, you agree to Cashfree’s terms.

When you pay for a consultation or package:

• Payment is taken upfront, before service delivery
• A confirmation is sent to your email and WhatsApp
• Service starts per the timeline displayed at purchase

For physical interior projects, payment terms are governed by the signed scope-of-work document, typically structured as 30% on contract sign, 40% before factory build starts, 20% on install start, 10% on completion.

Project timelines

Quoted timelines are best estimates based on standard conditions. Real timelines depend on:

• Material availability (most are stocked, but luxury imports can take 4–8 weeks)
• Site readiness (civil work completion, electrical points)
• Payment milestones being met on time
• Scope changes you request mid-project

We update you weekly on physical project progress. Significant timeline changes are communicated as soon as we know.

Scope changes

For physical projects, any scope change after the contract is signed is documented in writing as an addendum, with revised cost and timeline. We don’t add charges without your prior written approval.

Intellectual property

Designs, 3D renders, drawings, and proposals we create for you remain our intellectual property until you pay in full for the project they relate to. After full payment, you have unlimited rights to use the design for your own property.

You may not share our designs, renders, or proposals with other contractors to execute the work. If you choose to have someone else execute our design, the design fee converts to a separate licensing arrangement, payable before sharing.

The infraspaceinterior.com website, brand, logos, photos of our completed projects, and written content remain our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitations

We make every effort to deliver excellent work, but you agree that:

• Estimates are estimates — final pricing follows site measurement
• Furniture from natural materials (wood, stone) has natural variations
• Colors on screen may differ slightly from real materials due to monitor calibration
• Our liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the specific service in question

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events: natural disasters, government restrictions, supplier failures beyond our reasonable control, or events at your property (theft, water damage, fire) after installation.

Cancellation and refunds

See our separate /refund-policy page for full details. In summary:

• Online consultations: 100% refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
• Digital packages: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if work hasn’t started
• Physical projects: deposit non-refundable once site measurement is taken; subsequent payments non-refundable for completed work

Disputes and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
