What's the difference between the free call and the paid consultations?
The free call is a quick scoping conversation — we understand what you want, give rough budget guidance, and tell you honestly if we're the right fit. The paid consultations involve real design work: layout suggestions, material recommendations, mood boards. If you're early in your planning and just want to talk, start free. If you've already decided you want to work with a designer, the paid sessions move faster.
Do I need to pay anything to get an estimate?
No. Use the cost estimator on /cost-estimator for a 2-minute personalized range, or book the free call to discuss in detail. Estimates from us are always free — paid sessions are for actual design work.
Where do the in-person sessions happen?
At our factory and showroom in Faridabad — about 25 minutes from most parts of Gurugram, 35–45 from Delhi or Noida. You'll see actual sample kitchens, materials, and the machinery your furniture gets built on. Video calls are available if travel doesn't work.
What if I'm not sure yet — should I book at all?
Yes. The free call exists exactly for this. We're not going to pressure you to commit; we just want to be helpful and let you make an informed decision. If we end up not being the right fit, we'll often recommend someone who is.
How quickly can I get a slot?
Free discovery calls: usually within 24 hours, often same day. Paid consultations: 2–4 days out depending on designer availability. If you have a specific deadline (Diwali, possession date, etc.), tell us — we'll prioritize.
