Privacy policy

Infraspace Interior, a unit of Oriel Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit infraspaceinterior.com or interact with our services, how we use it, and your rights under Indian law. What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a form on our site (cost estimator, contact form, design quiz, consultation booking), we collect:

• Your name
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your email address (when you provide it)
• Your city and approximate property location
• Your project details: rooms, finish preference, budget range, timeline
• Any messages or notes you choose to share with us

When you make a payment, our payment processor (Cashfree) collects card or UPI details directly. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we automatically collect:

• Your IP address and approximate location (city-level)
• Browser type and device
• Pages you visit and how long you stay
• The website that referred you to us (if any)
• UTM parameters from advertising campaigns

This is collected through cookies and analytics scripts described below.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry, usually via WhatsApp within a few hours
• Prepare a personalized estimate or design proposal
• Schedule and conduct site visits
• Process payments for consultations and packages
• Send service-related messages (booking confirmations, project updates, invoices)
• Improve our website and services based on aggregate usage patterns
• Show you relevant ads on Google and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and measure ad performance

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails or messages to people who haven’t asked to hear from us.

WhatsApp messaging

When you give us your WhatsApp number through any form, you consent to receive messages from us related to your enquiry. We typically send:

• An initial response acknowledging your enquiry
• Your requested estimate or proposal
• Site visit scheduling messages
• Project-related updates if you become a client

You can stop messages at any time by replying “STOP” or asking us to remove your number. We use the official WhatsApp Business API operated by Meta — message content passes through Meta’s systems per their terms.

Third-party services we use

We use the following services to operate our website and business. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Cashfree Payments — processes all online payments. Sees your card / UPI details, never us.
• Resend — sends transactional emails (booking confirmations, proposals).
• Google Analytics 4 + Google Tag Manager — measures website usage. Aggregated, not individually identifiable.
• Microsoft Clarity — records anonymous session replays so we can see how visitors use the site and improve it.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measures the effectiveness of our ads. May enable Meta to show you ads from us if you’ve visited our site.
• Google Ads — same purpose as Meta Pixel, for Google Search and Display ads.
• WhatsApp Business API (via Meta) — delivers our WhatsApp messages.
• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosts our website servers (located in Germany).
• Hostinger — manages our domain name.

If you’d like to opt out of advertising tracking, you can:

• Use your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting
• Install an ad-blocker
• Adjust ad settings at adssettings.google.com (Google) and facebook.com/adpreferences (Meta)

How long we keep your information

• Lead enquiries that don’t convert: 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted.
• Active client records: for the duration of your project plus 7 years (required for tax and accounting compliance under Indian law).
• Anonymous analytics data: indefinitely, in aggregated form.
• Payment records: 7 years (required by Income Tax Act and GST regulations).

Your rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (with limited exceptions for legal/tax compliance)
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Object to specific uses of your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at interiorinfraspace@gmail.com from the email address on file. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Remembering you across sessions (e.g., not asking you to fill the cost estimator twice)
• Measuring website performance (Google Analytics)
• Showing relevant ads (Meta Pixel, Google Ads)
• Recording anonymous session replays (Microsoft Clarity)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. We don’t currently use a cookie banner — if Indian regulations require one in future, we’ll add it.

Children

Our services are intended for adults planning home or office interiors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or regulations evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp to active clients.
