We started in construction. Eight years and 200+ NCR homes later, we design, manufacture, and install from a single factory in Faridabad. No middlemen, no outsourcing — just one team from drawing to delivery.
Our story
From construction roots to end-to-end interiors.
Infraspace Interior grew out of Acara Infraspace Technology Private Limited — a construction firm that’s been building for clients across the NCR for years. Somewhere between structural steel and site inspections, we noticed the same pattern repeating: clients we’d just built homes for would call us six months later, frustrated with interior designers they’d hired separately.
The story was always the same. Designers who didn’t understand construction tolerances. Contractors who couldn’t read a design file. Materials promised in showrooms that turned up different on site. Warranties that disappeared the moment something went wrong. Everyone pointing at everyone else.
So we did what made sense — built our own interiors practice under the roof of the same company. Same site discipline. Same engineering rigor. Same accountability. The factory in Faridabad followed. The in-house design team followed. Today Infraspace is the part of our business that takes a home from empty shell to move-in ready, without handing you off to anyone.
What we believe
Most NCR interior firms are middlemen.
They sell you a design, then outsource fabrication to three different vendors and hope for the best. We own the factory, we own the site team, and we come from construction — so we control the whole chain from drawing to installation.

We publish price ranges because we know what our work costs. We give timelines in weeks because we know how long a factory takes. Pricing theatre and vague 'it depends' answers are a red flag — we trade them for specificity.

Chandra runs the day-to-day business at Infraspace — from design team hiring to client experience to the factory floor. His focus is keeping the company's scale-up honest: no quality corners cut as volume grows, no promises made that the team can't keep.
