Painting & finishes
Asian Paints or Berger, premium emulsion, all walls + ceilings + skirting. Texture accents where designed.

Prices are total project cost in Faridabad for a typical apartment. Add 10% for Gurugram, 15% for Delhi. Villa projects quoted separately.

Four steps from idea to installed.
Free site visit
We see the property, talk through every room, understand the family. 1–1.5 hours.
Design + quote
Full home moodboard + 3D renders for key rooms + itemized quote in 10–14 days.
Factory build + civil
Manufacturing and any civil work happen in parallel. 30–45 days typical.
Install
All rooms installed sequentially over 7–14 days. You move in within 2 days of final install.
Renovation
Already living in the home?
Most of our full-home projects are renovations, not new possessions. We work in occupied homes — sequenced room by room so you keep living there.
We sequence around your life
One room at a time. Your bedroom is unusable for 3 days, not 3 weeks.
We protect what you keep
Floor protection, dust sheeting, daily cleanup. You won't recognize the mess from competitors.
We coordinate with your civil contractor
If you want walls moved or plumbing redone, we'll work alongside your civil team or recommend one.
FAQ
Things people ask before they sign.
How long does a full 3BHK take?
8–10 weeks from site visit to fully moved in. Design phase 2 weeks, factory + any civil work 5–6 weeks, install 1–2 weeks. We run a Gantt chart shared with you weekly.
Do I need to move out during the project?
For new possessions, no — work happens before you move in. For renovations of occupied homes, you can usually stay throughout if we sequence room by room. Heavy demolition or full repainting weekends often mean a 2–3 night hotel stay we'll plan around.
What about civil work — can you handle structural changes?
We handle all interior carpentry, false ceilings, painting, and electrical. Major civil (knocking walls, plumbing redos, full bathroom retiling) is done by a civil contractor — yours or one we recommend. We coordinate the timeline.
Can I pay in installments?
Standard schedule is 30% on contract sign, 40% before factory build starts, 20% on install start, 10% on completion. We don't ask for full payment upfront. Everything is in writing.
What's the warranty on a full home?
10 years on all carpentry carcass, 1 year on hardware (with our assistance to claim manufacturer warranty), lifetime service for minor adjustments. Painting warranty per the paint brand (typically 4–7 years for premium emulsion).
