The project
How this one came together.
The brief
A growing digital agency in Udyog Vihar Phase 4. Their client pitches happened in coworking conference rooms; they wanted their own room that visually told the brand story without screaming.
What we did
The conference room is fully glazed with a back wall in deep brand-aligned green veneer. Acoustic ceiling tiles + carpet underlay handle the echo problem most glass rooms have. AV is a 75-inch wall display + 4-mic ceiling array, both factory-wired before install.
The open-plan workstation area uses softer warm-neutral palette to keep visual focus on the conference room when clients walk in.
