Faridabad has grown fast on the residential side, with NIT, Sector 21, the BPTP townships, and Greater Faridabad (Sectors 75 – 89) all active. From an interior-design perspective, not all sectors are equal: builder norms, possession reliability, and supplier proximity make some sectors 2 – 4 weeks faster to move into than others.
Fastest to fit out
- Sector 21, Sector 14, NIT 5 — mature areas, established suppliers, building staff who've seen interior work before.
- BPTP Park 81, Park Grandeura — standardised builder fits, fewer surprises in the bare-shell.
- Greater Faridabad Sector 86, 88 — newer construction, fewer civil-work surprises.
Slower to fit out
- Some Sector 75 – 80 buildings — variable possession quality, sometimes needs civil patches before interiors start.
- Villas in Sector 21 / Surajkund — bespoke layouts mean every project is custom-quoted, longer design phase.
